Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and communicate strategies that optimize operational effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability across the organization
Collaborate with executive leadership to align operations with sales, marketing, product, and client services, ensuring organizational objectives are achieved
Evaluate and refine business processes, systems, and workflows to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
Establish key metrics, track operational performance, and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning, ensuring the company can scale to meet client demands and pursue new business opportunities
Identify operational risks and implement best practices to enhance compliance, safety, and risk mitigation
Ensure operational support delivers consistent and exceptional customer experiences, fostering loyalty and client retention
Lead initiatives to introduce automation, cost controls, and innovative operational practices
Mentor, motivate, and grow high-performing operations teams, encouraging accountability, skill development, and a culture of excellence
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a COO, VP of Operations, or similar executive position in a high-growth, technology-driven or media services company
Strong background in scaling operations, process optimization, and cross-functional leadership
Demonstrated success in building efficient, effective operational frameworks
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or comparable advanced degree/experience preferred
Industry experience in localization, media, SaaS, or technology is highly desirable

Skilled at leveraging business intelligence tools to drive efficiency and performance
Adept at identifying operational challenges and implementing innovative solutions
