Responsibilities
Plan and deliver live events across corporate, music, sports hospitality, and ad-hoc projects
Lead client communication, handling briefs, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and change requests
Create pitch decks and proposals to support new business and upsell opportunities
Manage projects from proposal stage through delivery and final invoicing
Build and maintain project scopes, budgets, and schedules with internal teams and suppliers
Conduct site visits to assess logistics, equipment needs, and venue requirements
Oversee resource planning, travel coordination, and on-site support where required
Hold regular project check-ins and ensure clear documentation throughout
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years' experience in event and project management
Fluent in English and Spanish
Willing and able to travel frequently within the US and internationally (passport essential)
Strong organisational and communication skills
