Responsibilities

Develop scalable, high-performance and reliable distributed networking applications and automation tooling using modern languages such as Golang, Python, or similar
Utilize build automation and containerization tools (e.g., Bazel, CI/CD pipelines, Docker) to streamline development, testing, and deployment environments
Implement end-to-end network management solutions by analyzing requirements and working under the guidance of senior engineers
Investigate, debug, and optimize system components to significantly improve scalability, stability, and reliability
Propose and implement incremental improvements that enhance overall product reliability and performance
Collaborate with Product Management and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure high-quality and timely feature delivery
Actively participate in design and code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and sharing technical learnings across the organization

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience in software engineering focused on networking, security, or distributed systems
Strong proficiency in at least one modern language: Golang, C/C++, or Python
Demonstrated ability to work independently on technically challenging problems and to collaborate effectively across teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field

Preferred

Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, Alibaba Cloud, etc.) in the context of networking and security
Familiarity with container and virtualization technologies such as Kubernetes, OpenStack, KVM, libvirt, or Terraform
Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking internals, and performance tuning (e.g., OVS/DPDK, SR-IOV, VMXnet3)
Experience designing or consuming REST APIs for system integrations
