Responsibilities
Complete, track, and report on a large-scale menu data clean-up project
Become a Power user of Thistle’s Menu Management System (MMS), Galley
Enters and audits recipes in the MMS
Enters and audits cycle menus in the MMS
Reviews and updates labels as necessary
Collaborates with stakeholders to improve R&D tools
Works closely with Procurement and FSQA to onboard new ingredients
Collaborates closely with the Chef de Cuisine and Commercialization Manager to ensure dishes are designed with cost, variety, and nutrition in mind
Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient and effective operation of the department and to help make Thistle the best place to work
Qualification
Required
Organize, clean, and maintain data across Galley, Trello, and other tools
Enter and edit recipes and related materials such as images, descriptions, cooking instructions, and tags
Enter menus and audit costs, nutrition, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
Manage a multi-month data cleanup process
Follow instructions from the Director of Culinary Development
Suggest efficiencies as they arise
Complete, track, and report on a large-scale menu data clean-up project
