Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Sr Project Management Analyst to provide business support for Physical Identity and Access Management. The role involves collecting and analyzing routing department projects, developing alternatives for departmental planning objectives, and building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project deployments.

Responsibilities

Develops alternatives to accomplish departmental planning objectives
Provides project communication, documentation and coordination independently
Assists in a specific portion of a larger or more complex project for department processes
Perform other duties as assigned
Identify manual process bottlenecks within Global Security Technology and implement targeted automation to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy
Support change management and deliver training materials to help teams adopt new processes and tools, tracking adoption and outcomes
Build strong relationships with customers, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements, coordinate testing, and ensure successful deployments
Assist with user acceptance testing and operational readiness for systems like Workday, ServiceNow, LenelS2, IBM photo capture, RightCrowd, and ENTRUST
Translate business needs into practical technical requirements, applying awareness of IAM best practices and compliance standards to daily project work
Contribute to project delivery across a multi-project portfolio, providing clear communication, documentation, and continuous improvement suggestions

Required

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance, computer science or directly related discipline
Four (4) years exempt experience in project management, product development, systems design/development or business / financial planning and analysis
Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining systems
Experience in use of project management/planning software
Demonstrated analytical, organizational and planning skills
Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills
