Responsibilities

Maintaining the flow of fulfillment through backlog management, order management, and material constraint coordination
Performing scheduling activities including reschedules, holds, ATP maintenance, and back-to-back scheduling
Submitting on time and accurate PIM changes
Entering and maintaining late line and lead-time data
Conducting follow-ups on missed customer commitments as needed
Supporting order escalation, prioritization, and scheduling in partnership with Production and Value Streams
Assisting Production Control staff with continuous improvement initiatives
Compiling and distributing reports as requested by management and Master Schedulers
Identifying and communicating potential fulfillment and scheduling risk factors
Collaborating with Supply Chain, Order Entry, Operations, and Production teams on order execution
Providing backfill support for Production Control team members during absences
Supporting delink requests and managing general order management email inquiries

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple levels of the organization
Self-motivated, team-oriented mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Windows operating systems

Preferred

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
1–2 years of manufacturing or production environment experience
Lean Manufacturing knowledge
Working knowledge of Oracle and Agile platforms
