Responsibilities
Plan and execute projects and programs to improve knowledge management practices across author, agent, and player journeys
Develop and implement strategies to assess and enhance the reach of player-facing support knowledge, focusing on AI effectiveness and player self-service success
Provide recommendations on leveraging knowledge tools, including knowledge management systems, assistive AI, and optimized processes
Create, review, and revise content for global player and support agent audiences, including knowledge articles, agent macros, and communications
Monitor performance and adoption of knowledge management programs, standards, and tools, as well as user sentiment
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in a knowledge management role
Experience leveraging AI/LLM tools within a knowledge management system
Proven ability to build and manage strategic knowledge programs that drive operational effectiveness
Strong written communication skills, including experience aligning content to a style guide or specific voice
Preferred
Experience managing knowledge in a support or service delivery organization (e.g., ITSM, HR, or Customer Support)
Experience designing knowledge flows, including decision tree modeling and user knowledge journeys
Familiarity with Knowledge Centered Service® methodology as a support agent, domain expert, or knowledge manager; KCS® v6 Practices certification is a plus
