Responsibilities
Conduct root cause analysis and data-driven assessments to identify improvement opportunities
Support Kaizen events, CI workshops, and Lean training sessions
Assist in developing and maintaining Standard Work documentation
Apply PDCA methodology to drive sustainable solutions
Monitor and report on CI metrics and KPIs
Collaborate on CI projects, providing analytical insights and execution support
Build dashboards and visualizations to track performance and highlight trends
Document project outcomes and lessons learned for knowledge sharing
Assist in risk identification and mitigation planning
Partner with Commercial, Sales, and Marketing teams to gather data and understand pain points
Translate business challenges into actionable improvement plans
Support alignment of CI efforts with strategic goals through Policy Deployment
Act as a CI resource to functional teams, helping build internal capability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required in Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
5-7 years of experience preferred in Continuous Improvement, Business Analysis, or Process Optimization
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required (Black Belt a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools
Familiarity with Lean, PDCA, and CI methodologies
Effective communicator with ability to present insights to stakeholders
Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
Comfortable working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and grow
Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred
5-7 years of experience preferred in Continuous Improvement, Business Analysis, or Process Optimization
Experience supporting Kaizen events and Lean initiatives preferred
Data analytics or visualization certification (e.g., Power BI, Snowflake) preferred
Experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus
