Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Customer Service Representative or relevant role
Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively with both customers and co-workers
Solid computer experience
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to commute to Milan, TN
Preferred
High school or equivalent
Customer service: 1 year
