Perform ASME design specification detailed design requirements and code application basis work, including technical reviews and independent design verification functions
Analyze and evaluate critical dimensions and functional limits
Perform subcomponent joint design standards and criteria specification work and gaskets/seals selections and specifications work

Qualification

Mechanical EngineeringASME design specificationsNuclear energy experiencePE certificationCertifying engineering

Required

BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
5+ years of relevant experience
Ability to travel 15% of the time
Knowledge of ASME Sec III
Nuclear energy industry experience

Preferred

Certifying engineering, qualified to ASME Sec III (subsection NF desired)
PE certification
