Managing multi-store or single-location retail operations to ensure consistency and performance

Overseeing inventory flow, merchandising execution, and loss prevention
Analyzing KPIs such as conversion, AOV, shrink, and sales per labor hour
Qualification
Required
Experience in retail operations leadership
Strong analytical skills with experience using POS and reporting tools
Proven success improving operational efficiency and store performance
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at multiple levels
Experience scaling processes across locations or regions
