Responsibilities

Design and implement industrial systems that incorporate people, systems, equipment, materials, and space to optimize use of all resources

Collect and interpret complex data sets; perform detailed work studies (time/motion) to identify bottlenecks, measure process capability, improve ergonomics and deliver improved overall operational effectiveness (OEE)

Design manufacturing methods, procedures, and plan production sequences

Develop and conducts training programs to promote efficient and effective personnel and equipment use

Execute projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive measurable efficiencies, cost reductions, and quality improvements

Plan and facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to engage cross-functional teams in process improvement initiatives
