Engaging with external vendor partners on key strategies, communications, and issues
Communicating with internal key stakeholders acting as a liaison to external vendor partners
Providing technical and clinical lab expertise to Allina sites
Partnering with lab leadership and medical directors to ensure compliance and quality measures are achieved
Supporting central training plans/activities for Allina sites
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in medical technology or related field
3+ years Laboratory experience
3+ years progressive management accountability
Certified Medical Laboratory Technician required-American Society for Clinical Pathology Board of Certification (ASCP BOC)
Preferred
Certified Medical Laboratory Scientist - American Society for Clinical Pathology Board of Certification preferred-American Society for Clinical Pathology Board of Certification
