They are seeking a Vice President, Product Specialist – Alternatives to support product development and investor engagement across their alternative investment platform.

Responsibilities

Support product management initiatives across the alternatives platform, including private equity, credit, insurance, and reinsurance strategies

Collaborate with investment leadership to refine product structures and ensure alignment with client needs

Create fundraising and marketing materials, including pitchbooks, DDQs, and RFPs

Act as a resource in investor and consultant meetings, presenting updates on products, markets, and performance

Provide commercial insights to support fundraising efforts, sales initiatives, and strategic account planning

Maintain and improve data management systems for diligence trackers, investor pipelines, and content libraries

Collaborate with legal, compliance, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of new products

Develop thought leadership pieces, market commentary, and external communications to strengthen the firm’s brand

Required

7–10+ years of experience in alternative investments or related roles

Broad understanding of private equity, credit, insurance, and reinsurance

Proven ability to support successful institutional fundraising initiatives

Exceptional analytical and research skills with proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Office

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to institutional investors

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field required

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions, with a strong attention to detail and project management skills

Strong track record and demonstrated commitment to upholding our core values of excellence, teamwork, stewardship, integrity, and respect

Preferred

MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced credential
