Responsibilities
Develop high performing and scalable software solutions and applications using technologies such as .NET, React, Sql, and Microsoft Azure
Collaborate as a member of an agile software development team
Develop project-related documents such as technical specifications, process flow diagrams, and be able to effectively communicate to non-technical stakeholders
Ensure work adheres to all security, cloud, compliance, and quality standards
Enhance and support existing applications, often troubleshooting problems identified by users
Collaborate with fellow developers, architects, cross-functional teams to understand enterprise compliance, stakeholder/software requirements and develop solutions with long term ownership in mind
Demonstrate extreme ownership of your teams’ applications and processes
Mentor junior developers in both technical ability and interpersonal growth through our cultural traits

Required

A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, management information systems, or a related field
5+ years of professional software development experience
Critical thinking acumen
Strong, shared culture values
.NET, SQL, React.js, Node, Typescript technical knowledge and experience
Infrastructure as Code experience – Terraform / OpenTofu preferred
Cloud Experience – Azure preferred
Experience with automated testing software such as TestCafe
Object-oriented and relational database development skills
Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with agile methodologies
Passionate about solving business problems with technology
Flexible enough to work through ambiguity and bring clarity in a fast-paced environment where there is constant change
Organized and self-directed
Preferred
Infrastructure as Code experience – Terraform / OpenTofu preferred
Cloud Experience – Azure preferred
Experience with automated testing software such as TestCafe
Experience and understanding of processes in manufacturing and quality is recommended
