Solve problems and prove/share with Metrics

Mentor Scrum Masters and Product owners, Technical Lead
Manage 11 teams (on shore, off shore and near shore) 3 scrum masters and 1 agile coach (8-12 people per team)
Share details stories to leadership to help them understand well and build confidence with their suggestions
Qualification
Required
4-5 years RTE experience
Managing 8+ teams, with 2+ Scrum Masters under 1 RTE
Ability to solve problems and prove/share with Metrics
Perfect communication - concise/direct
Certifications important (RTE, SAFe SPC, ScrumMaster)
Person is a driver, helping leadership gain clarity of the project's progress and state
Leadership is open to change for improvement
Ability to share detailed stories to leadership to help them understand well and build confidence with their suggestions
Person who is direct and concise
Person whose solutions are metrics based
Person who is proactive
Ability to mentor Scrum Masters and Product owners, Technical Lead
