Law Practice
Responsibilities
Providing paralegal support to attorneys, senior paralegals and case managers through all phases of litigation
Managing all case materials, including all electronic files and database applications
Obtaining from, or filing materials with, federal and local courts and agencies
Performing factual research
Tracking the course of information and case materials
Coordinating with outside vendors and service providers; and
Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, trials and arbitrations, as well as ensuring that logistics, exhibits, filings and deadlines are proactively managed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of litigation experience
Familiarity with searching techniques and strategies in developing, collecting and organizing patent-related resources and references
Strong attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
Experience multi-tasking and working under tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred
Knowledge of proceedings before the P.T.A.B
Experience with District Court proceedings in Hatch-Waxman cases
Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and litigation support applications such as Relativity, CaseMap, and Case Notebook
