Manage a team of Engineers and Technicians, providing technical and professional guidance

Review and manage project timelines

Continuously assess organization capacity and address deficits

Facilitate and drive continuous improvement

Organize and Secure data procured and developed by the department

Review and approval of project scopes

Develop and maintain departmental budget

Required

Bachelor of Science Degree

Minimum of 5 years in a related field with 2 years of management experience

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a cohesive and collaborative team while maintaining productivity

Professional, clear communication skills

Project Management skills

Fundamental understanding of electro-mechanical systems and sensor technology

Must have a working design knowledge of a wide variety of manufacturing technologies

Understanding of process capability

Proficient in at least 2 of the following: GD&T- PLC programing- Robot Programing- Test and Measurement methods- Six Sigma- Solidworks PDM- Plastics Manufacturing- SCRUM
