Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls and messages from customers, addressing billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations
Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience
Maintain a thorough understanding of GEICO’s insurance products to effectively assist customers and identify opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling

Required

Active Personal Lines license or Property & Casualty license required
High School Diploma required
Up to 3 years of prior relevant customer facing and/or service experience
Minimum 2 years of customer facing work experience or Associates Degree and minimum 1 year of customer facing work experience or Bachelor's Degree and minimum 3 months of customer-facing experience
A passion for providing outstanding customer service
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Adaptability and attention to detail in a dynamic environment
Ability to prioritize and multi-task, while navigating through multiple business applications
Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
