Northwestern Medicine Health Network is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Internal Medicine Physician to join their team in Vernon Hills, IL. As an Internal Medicine physician, you will provide specialized care for adult patients and manage a wide range of chronic diseases and complex conditions in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Provide specialized care for adult patients
Manage a wide range of chronic diseases and complex conditions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals
Participate in call responsibilities: one week, once or twice a year
Utilize standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services
Support advance practice provider, nurse, and medical assistant
Work in a clinic within NM Multispecialty building with Immediate Care Center
Maintain hospital privileges at NM Lake Forest Hospital
Utilize EPIC electronic health system

Qualification

Medical Degree MDMedical Degree DOBoard certification in Internal MedicineValid IL medical license

Required

Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution
Board-eligible or certified in Internal Medicine
Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure
