Information Technology

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for business applications

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within Active Directory, M365 and other core systems

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across the organization

Deploy and maintain workstations, servers, and applications

Support and understand Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, SharePoint, Office365, NPS, and Active Directory

Support IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations

Perform vulnerability detection, remediation, and systems patching

Manage time effectively while maintaining accurate ticket documentation

Communication clearly with end users to keep them informed of ticket status and resolution

Required

High School Diploma or GED

3 Years minimum in the IT field or work-related experience

A valid driver's license and good driving record
