Responsibilities

Perform spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities for fiscal year 2026
Develop vendor scorecards for top suppliers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze Q1 performance
Cleanse and organize procurement data to enhance database accuracy
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Q1 operations
Analyze procurement and forecasting trends to inform the end-of-year budget planning cycle
Support ongoing contract organization, updates, and maintenance
Assist in ensuring audit compliance by improving contract storage processes
Gain hands-on experience with procurement tools, ERP systems, and data analysis platforms
Participate in team meetings, strategy sessions, and presentations to leadership
Receive mentorship from experienced procurement professionals and access to professional development resources
Work on impactful projects with measurable business outcomes
Exposure to strategic planning, cost-saving initiatives, and database management

Qualification

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Interest in procurement and supply chain management
