Vehicle Record Research and Editor
NEOGOV is seeking a Vehicle Record Research and Editor to join the Motor Vehicle Division’s team in Montana. The role involves supporting daily operations by managing incoming mail, assisting the public with vehicle titling transactions, and imaging/indexing documents processed by the bureau.

Responsibilities
Learn business standards and procedures to support daily operations
Receive, record, and route incoming mail
Assist the public with vehicle titling transactions (to include establishing accounts for monies received)
Image/index all documents processed by the bureau
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
One-year customer service experience
One-year computer and software systems experience including a variety of word processing, database, and other business software applications and reviewing, verifying, and processing documents
Other combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis
