The IT Support Intern will perform a variety of IT Help Desk duties, support users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and create documentation as part of an entry-level position designed to build foundational IT skills.

Responsibilities
Provide technical support for Windows and Mac computers - H/W & S/W
Support of remote staff to include VPN troubleshooting
Build new Windows and Mac computers for onboarding and upgrades
Maintain hardware inventories
Troubleshoot Mac OS and application issues - specifically after OS upgrades
Migrate Mac computer settings and data to new machines for upgrades
Source Mac adapters/peripherals as needed
Perform OS and software updates as needed
Perform antivirus scans/updates and patching
Work with business to develop and maintain asset equipment replacement program
Prepares and maintains appropriate written documentation for systems, infrastructure, maintenance logs, and procedures
Support office phone systems and company-provided cell phones
Understanding of basic networking principles
Qualification
Required

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
