Responsibilities
Collaborate with overseas vendors to monitor development and production progress, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
Provide regular production updates to the sales department, ensuring customers receive timely communication about status and delivery
Manage and maintain WIP records in the system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date
Oversee delivery updates and ensure timely entry into company systems
Track photography and prototype samples to ensure they are managed effectively and delivered on schedule
Assist in quality control checks to verify all garments meet company standards for quality and finishing
Write and process purchase orders as needed to support the production workflow
Prepare and organize information for weekly status meetings, ensuring all updates are documented and ready for review
Qualification
Required
A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Adaptable and flexible to handle evolving priorities and tasks
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
3–5 years of experience in production coordination or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
