Responsibilities
You will Lead the charge in Sonoco’s safety-first philosophy
You will positively motivate a team of 2 direct reports and 50 indirect reports
You will ideally have previous experience working with P&L, and may have some P&L responsibility
You will have a relentless focus on continuous improvement in all areas to ensure process and manufacturing cost are always the most competitive in the industry
You will be committed to employee engagement and help them to reach their full potential
You will be expected to take calls and come in as needed to resolve process issues or downtime events
Qualification
Required
BS Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
3 + years of paper mill manufacturing experience
At least 3 years managing a team
Project Management experience
Preferred
Experience working with P&L
Packaging experience
