The Senior Procurement Manager will lead strategic sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost optimization across major commodity categories for the R&R business unit.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute procurement strategy for all major commodity categories

Gather, analyze, and interpret procurement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings through vendor consolidation or standardization

Develop data-driven models and dashboards to monitor supplier performance and optimize sourcing strategies

Drive compliance through ERP governance and catalog management

Oversee supplier contract management and ensure adherence to terms

Partner with Legal on contract terms and risk mitigation strategies

Lead and mentor the procurement team to achieve departmental goals

Support local site buyers with sourcing strategies and playbooks

Drive quarterly updates of the min/max inventory targets to support inventory efficiency and on-time delivery (Collaboration with Senior Inventory Manager- Enterprise)

Collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams to ensure procurement strategy meets material and service requirements
