Help Desk Support Specialist
PTR Global is seeking a motivated Helpdesk Support Level 1/2 to provide high-quality support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service via phone and email while resolving technical issues efficiently.

Responsibilities
Provide support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues across multiple platforms and environments
Participate in low complexity initiatives within Business Execution
Review and provide guidance on policies, procedures, and low-risk tasks with narrow impact
Exercise judgment within defined parameters while gaining understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Document issues and resolutions accurately in tracking systems
Collaborate with team members and escalate issues as necessary
Qualification
Required
6+ months of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military service, or education
Prior experience in technical support (Level 1 or 2) or call center environment is highly desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC skills
Strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt and work in a flexible environment
