Accounting & Office Administrator

Accent Consulting is seeking an Accounting & Office Administrator who will manage day-to-day bookkeeping and provide essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records and efficient office operations, supporting leadership and the team effectively.

Responsibilities

Own accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
Handle invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliations
Support payroll processing and related documentation as needed
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reporting
Own month-end close activities and basic financial reviews
Support day-to-day office operations and administrative needs
Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
Coordinate vendors, office supplies, and office logistics
Assist with internal processes such as onboarding and employee records
Provide administrative support to leadership and assist with special projects

Required

Experience in bookkeeping or accounting support
