Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize requirements for parts catalog improvements
Contribute to product design and cross-functional roadmap planning
Conduct user acceptance testing, analyze feedback, and collaborate with design and development teams on improvements
Manage customer-facing written content development, localization, and country-specific rollouts
Coordinate internal process design, development, and rollout to improve parts distribution-related processes
Coordinate development of software update/provisioning stations for car computers
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering Management, or relevant field of study with a graduation date between 2026-2027
Must be able to relocate and work on site in Palo Alto, CA
Experience with agile software development and collaboration tools (Atlassian)
Proficiency in excel (pivot tables, lookups, macros) and experience working with databases/large datasets (hands on experience with scripting is a plus)
Understanding of, or interest in, the EV repair industry, eCommerce, and the Right to Repair landscape
Strong sense of integrity and drive to do the right thing; ability to operate efficiently in an ambiguous, constantly changing environment
