The role involves collaborating with program staff, maintaining accurate records, and supporting community engagement efforts.

Responsibilities

Answer all incoming phone calls

Return any missed phone calls to potential clients

Prescreens all potential clients and record details of conversation on tracking log

Help establish and verify insurance for all clients

When appropriate, assists with resources to provide transportation

Works in conjunction with Program staff, Admissions staff, and Detox staff for efficient and effective client placement / scheduling

Act as an advocate for clients, helping them navigate treatment programs, insurance, legal concerns, and external resources

Prepare reports for internal use or external entities (e.g., probation officers, insurance companies)

Attend all Mandatory Staff meetings and Trainings

Work in coordination with the Development team to increase community awareness and engagement of THP services

Record Keeping
