$90K/yr - $115K/yrLHH is partnering with an Austin-based company to hire a Fixed Assets Accountant to support a capital-asset-intensive environment. This role will play a key part in managing the full lifecycle of fixed assets and supporting accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities
Manage fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and disposals
Maintain the fixed asset subledger and ensure alignment with the general ledger
Support CapEx tracking, asset tagging, and asset rollforwards
Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Support internal and external audits related to fixed assets
Partner with operations and finance teams on asset-related questions and projects
Qualification
Required
Accounting experience with fixed assets in a capital-intensive company (manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, industrial, data centers, etc.)
Strong understanding of US GAAP related to fixed assets
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
Detail-oriented, process-driven mindset
Preferred
Exposure to large CapEx environments
Experience supporting audits in a controlled environment
Advanced Excel skills
