Responsibilities
Present a professional approach to remedy any Neighbor concerns and follow-up as necessary to ensure the Ultimate Neighbor Experience
Assist other Neighbor Ambassadors with closing
Help create strategic sales and marketing programs to maximize rental activity, developing an intimate knowledge of market conditions
Take a proactive role in the preparation and maintenance of Neighbor profiles
Assist with pricing, concessions, occupancy reporting, and collections
Supervise the leasing team, provide general training & development, and set goals & celebrate milestones
Qualification
Required
At least two years' experience in a leasing position
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree is preferred
