Responsibilities

Advise clients on a broad range of strategic and tactical goals, including capital structure optimization, equity and debt market positioning and issuance, and investor communication strategies
Play an integral role in the deal cycle from beginning to end including ownership of pitches, deal documentation, sales memos, marketing, due diligence, execution, and pricing

Required

Experienced analysts and recent college graduates
Authorized to work in the United States
Results-driven personalities, with proven academic excellence and strong interpersonal skills
High ethical and professional standards
Strong financial and analytical skills, including knowledge of MS Excel
Ability to lay out nuanced concepts clearly in written materials using PowerPoint and Word
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
Proactive and highly motivated personalities
Detail-oriented minds with intellectual curiosity and strong problem-solving skills
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and establish own priorities
Communication: timely updates, clear and concise messaging, asking relevant questions
Strong attention to detail: identifying and understanding transactional nuances
Self-driven, have pride of ownership in her/his work product, and show intellectual curiosity in financial market concepts

Preferred

Series 7, 79, SIE, and 63 licenses. Those without these qualifications will be required to obtain them
Experience in the financial industry, including familiarity with capital markets, accounting and corporate finance
