Responsibilities

Understand all types of Event Experiences offered in order to effectively step in to help and/or offer solutions to our team members, Sales Team and/or Customers

Support the review of Event Orders from Sales team and be involved with helping to plan all necessary steps to move the order through our system in the required timeline

Communicate clearly and frequently with team members to provide thoughtful and detailed attention to support the business needs

Identify areas of improvement for operational efficiencies to support the continual growth and evolution of our department

Identify opportunities to expand our Event experiences to offer customers

Assist with exchange requests and fulfillment

Meet with other departments whose efforts are tied directly to the success of Event orders
