The position will be responsible for assisting the financial and portfolio performance team in managing and analyzing the loan and investment portfolio and supporting transaction officers with due diligence and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

Enter loan and investment trades into Firm systems and mark positions as needed
Coordinate with Operations Department on client account setup and AML
Support transaction officers with due diligence, financial analysis, maintain project files, and transaction closings
Work with Technology and other groups within the Firm to assist in automation of reporting
Assist with regular loan and investment portfolio and impact reporting
Collaborate with management on regulatory exams, internal compliance reviews and other audit related requests
Maintain policy and procedure documentation
Provide analytic, operating and administrative support to transaction officers, with a focus on affordable housing construction lending products

Required

Strong Microsoft Office Skills including Excel and PowerPoint
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Comfortable handling large datasets using databases

2 years of relevant work experience, preferably at a regulated bank, Community Development Financial Intermediary, or other similar institution

Preferred

Prior experience in Tableu reporting
B.A. or B.S. in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or other business-related field
