Required

Candidate must be a rising senior pursuing a bachelor's in business administration
Currently in possession of a valid passport and willing to travel extensively
Strong interpersonal, oral/written communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical, leadership and computer skills
Should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access
Adaptability; must be able to function in a fast-paced work environment with competing priorities
Must be a strong team player, detail oriented and perform well under pressure
Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision
Successful problem solver and critical thinker
Candidate must convey professional image to all levels of employees
Must be available to work on a full-time basis for the Summer 2026 semester. Student cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as a Co-op/Intern at the same time, which may delay graduation by 1-2 semesters
Working as a Co-op/Intern does not guarantee a full-time opportunity at Delta Air Lines upon graduation. This position is intended to provide educational and professional work experience to prepare the student for the workforce

Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States

Preferred

Pursuing a bachelor's degree with a concentration in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or another analytical discipline
