Develop and improve equipment and system solutions to address technical challenges

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues

Support internal teams with technical input, estimates, and project support

Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment and project needs

Assist with equipment setup, installations, and production support

Train personnel on new equipment and systems as needed

Provide technical support during customer interactions and on-site activities
