Responsibilities

Prepare embroidery work orders in a timely and effective manner
Support the delivery of work orders to contractors in order of priority
Ensure all orders are colored accurately and quality standards of Peter Millar embroidery are met
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Prepare embroidery work orders in a timely and effective manner
Support the delivery of work orders to contractors in order of priority
Ensure all orders are colored accurately and quality standards of Peter Millar embroidery are met
Perform other duties as assigned
Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
Communicates in a timely, collaborative way, and always communicates effectively and professionally with all
Works independently while still balancing proper escalation on potential challenges to manager in a proactive manner
Pays close attention to detail, strives for perfection, and makes the deadline
Strong computer skills, to include Microsoft Office products; must be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
Ensures a high level of customer service and quality experience for customers

Preferred

Background in Embroidery and/or graphics is a plus
