Responsibilities

Become an expert in your product area and drive the definition of a short-term and long-term roadmap to lead the strategic direction of the platform

Lead regular meetings between IT and Business teams, and manage the backlog related to the ongoing Agile sprint planning approach

Translate critical business requirements into clear, detailed technical specifications for development, quality assurance, and testing of new functionality and enhancements

Develop process documentation and training materials to ensure user adoption and successful outcomes related to software implementation initiatives

Organize and facilitate problem-solving workshops with Business and Development teams to resolve high-impact issues requiring a focused approach

Analyze functional business processes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend potential solutions

Partner with all stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions align with business requirements and company-level goals
