NEOGOV is seeking a REACH Site Coordinator to provide quality educational services throughout Southwest Washington. The role involves planning and carrying out day-to-day operations of local sites, including student recruitment, parent communication, and delivering instructional activities.

Responsibilities

Develop student recruitment and retention plans

Design and develop the site afterschool program with the assistance of the Program Coordinator

Deliver program curriculum (homework help, intervention, and enrichment)

Coordinate local snacks and transportation

Work with project and school partners to develop projects, special events, and family activities as described in the grant

Provide training and leadership for site assistants and volunteers

Be the liaison between the regular school staff and the REACH program

Meet with Program Manager weekly

Participate in program staff meetings including those with the local Advisory Council at least three times annually

Assist the Program Coordinator with the collection of data

Participate in program trainings and meetings as requested

Maintain program records and complete project reports as required

Other duties as assigned
