This role is responsible for the strategic and day-to-day oversight of the Corporate Real Estate & Workplace systems and vendor services, including developing and leading the technology strategy for the CREW business.

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7-10 years of corporate real estate, consulting, technology experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong understanding of Corporate Real Estate principles and the ability to apply that to strategic decisions

Demonstrated leadership in the implementation of complex technology ecosystems, programs and projects with proficiency in real estate management or workplace management software

Strong leadership skills and experience in issue resolution, influencing team members and other stakeholders, conducting difficult negotiations and managing timelines for deliverables

Proven track record of solving technical, operational, risk management, business and organization problems of high complexity, analyzing possible solutions using real estate experience, judgment and precedents

Ability to manage complex competing priorities using analytic and interpersonal skills. Experience building business cases, presenting to and collaborating with Executive and Senior Leadership
