They are seeking a Salesforce Developer & Systems Administrator to design, build, and maintain their digital ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow and custom functionality across platforms.

Information Technology

Responsibilities

Programmatic Development & Engineering: Design, build, and deploy scalable solutions using Apex (Triggers, Classes), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. Ensure strict adherence to Governor Limits, code quality, and DevOps best practices (e.g., version control)
Administer and optimize our Salesforce systems to support marketing and sales operations
Maintain data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and implement system updates as needed
Build and maintain integrations between our platforms using Zapier and similar tools
Direct API Integration: Scope, develop, and troubleshoot direct integrations by interacting with REST/SOAP APIs of third-party systems
Set up automated marketing events, triggers, and workflows to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency
Monitor system performance and develop solutions to streamline operations and improve data flow
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions
Provide technical support to internal teams, ensuring timely resolution of any system-related issues
Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, integrations, API specifications, and workflows
Assist in setting up marketing events and triggers to support our dynamic campaign strategies
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all digital touchpoints are functioning optimally

Required

Proven experience as a System Administrator or Developer or similar role, with hands-on expertise in managing Salesforce
Deep, hands-on expertise in managing and developing on Salesforce (Apex, Visualforce/LWC, Flows, Governor Limits)
Strong proficiency in integration methodologies and tools, including extensive experience with Zapier and direct experience consuming and utilizing REST/SOAP APIs
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced startup environment
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members

Preferred

Certifications are a strong plus: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI) or Platform Developer II (PDII) is highly desirable
Experience setting up automated marketing events and triggers is highly desirable
Proficiency with document automation software (e.g., DocuSign)
Competency in troubleshooting telephony systems (e.g., Dialpad, Salemessage, or Vonage) is a plus
