Performance Media Manager (Remote)

La Performance is a data-driven marketing agency that helps eCommerce brands and B2B companies scale through effective media strategies. They are seeking a Performance Media Manager who will build and manage full funnel campaigns across Meta and supporting channels, partnering with Account Managers and the creative team to analyze performance and drive growth.

Responsibilities

Build full funnel paid media strategies across Meta and supporting channels
Translate business goals into paid media plans with expected outcomes, budgets, and timelines
Identify creative angles, concepts, and briefs to fuel ongoing testing
Handle all in-platform work including campaign builds, optimizations, audience creation, and budget management
Launch structured testing across creative, audiences, landing pages, and offers
Manage pacing, forecasts, and daily adjustments with clear explanations of changes and trends
Analyze performance using Triple Whale, platform dashboards, and GA4
Present results, insights, and recommendations directly to clients
Proactively surface opportunities, issues, and next steps before anyone asks
Partner with Account Managers, creative, and email/CRO teams to align strategy across channels
Communicate creative needs and guide internal/external partners to produce winning assets
Support processes and frameworks that strengthen LaP’s paid media practice

Required

5+ years of hands-on paid media experience at a performance-focused agency
Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager with a proven track record scaling eCommerce brands
Comfortable owning strategy and execution end to end without needing support
Strong understanding of performance metrics including ROAS, MER, CPA, AOV, CTR, and CPM
Skilled at developing creative strategy, identifying winning angles, and briefing creative partners
Confident communicator who can present strategies, explain results, and guide client decisions
Highly analytical, using data from attribution tools such as Triple Whale, platform dashboards, and GA4 to inform actions
Proactive, organized, and effective at managing multiple accounts in a fast-moving environment

Preferred

Bonus points if you have experience with Google Ads, Shopify, B2B, or high-growth consumer apps
