Responsibilities

Product Innovation: Identify and deliver AI-powered features that enhance corporate applications and user experience
Architecture & SDLC Integration: Design end-to-end AI architecture integrated with enterprise systems; embed AI capabilities into SDLC phases and automate workflows
Agentic AI & Automation: Build agentic AI solutions for multi-step workflows using approved frameworks and platforms
Custom Model Development: Drive domain-specific model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation for enterprise use cases
AI Implementation & Compliance: Apply existing AI guardrails, security, and governance policies while implementing solutions
Collaboration & Enablement: Partner with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business objectives and mentor development teams

Qualification

Required

Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field
Experience: 8+ years in software development and enterprise architecture; 3+ years in AI/ML roles with hands-on work in generative AI, agentic workflows, and custom model development
Technical Skills: Expertise in AI frameworks, LLM orchestration, agentic architectures, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS); strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies

Preferred

Certifications in AI/ML or product management
