Responsibilities
Manage a broad caseload of personal injury matters (motor vehicle, premises and labor law) through all stages, including litigation and trial
Conduct and defend depositions, hearings, and trials
Oversee discovery and ensure timely, strategic case development
Collaborate closely with partners and team members to formulate case strategies and achieve optimal outcomes
Negotiate settlements and maintain clear, ongoing communication with clients
Contribute to a supportive, transparent firm culture centered on teamwork and shared success
Qualification
Required
Admitted to practice law in New York
Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation
Proven courtroom skills, including trial, hearings, and deposition experience
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities
Team player with a proactive approach to client service and case management
Preferred
NYS license to practice law
