Information System Security Manager, SLD 45/SCS

Responsibilities
Serves as the Space Launch Delta 45 Communications Flight Director's Information System Security Manager (ISSM) for the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) status of the classified and unclassified network enclaves
Serve as the lead technical consultant on all matters of network and system security, providing expert guidance to leadership
Evaluates the cybersecurity compliance of the information systems requesting and/or connected to Space Launch Delta 45 networks
Cybersecurity technical expert on support agreements and contractual requirements
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S Citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance
Safeguards classified or sensitive budget-related information and/or files
May be required to work overtime on an unscheduled or emergency basis
Eligible for situational telework only, including Emergency and OPM prescribed 'Unscheduled Telework'
Employee may be required to perform travel by military or commercial passenger aircraft in the performance of temporary duty assignments
Incumbent must achieve the required DoDI 8140 Certification within nine (9) months of entry on
Expert knowledge of the Assess and Authorize (A&A) Risk Management Framework (RMF) process
Skills in the tools and technology used to automate the A&A process (i.e. Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS)
Thorough working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts to include the principles and practices associated with Computer Security (COMPUSEC), TEMPEST and Communications Security (COMSEC)
Hold a current DoD recognized Level II cybersecurity certification at a minimum
Expert knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and computer security principles associated with COMPUSEC, TEMPEST, accreditation standards, and COMSEC
Expert knowledge of NSA Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) program and skills with electronic cryptographic key management tools
Knowledge of a wide range of computer-communication concepts, principles, and practices to independently review, analyze, and resolve difficult and complex hardware and software security issues
