Responsibilities

Lead the future of Seed’s online shopping experience: From first touch to long-term membership, craft experiences that feel iconic, distinct, and deeply human

Build new design systems that balance storytelling, scientific rigor, and usability across platforms

Prototype the future: Explore motion, interaction, and multi-sensory design that make Seed not just functional, but unforgettable

Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Science teams to translate science into experiences that spark engagement and trust

Shape culture as much as product—raising the craft bar, fostering creativity, and building a culture of design excellence

Required

6+ years of product and brand experience, including at least 2 in a lead role

Mastery of visual, interaction, and motion design
