This role is responsible for analyzing contract and subcontract-related data, producing accurate and timely reports, and ensuring consistency and reliability of information across multiple systems and platforms.

Responsibilities
Analyze contract and subcontract data to support compliance, performance tracking, and process improvement initiatives
Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad-hoc reports to support internal stakeholders and external obligations, including government and small business subcontracting reporting requirements
Monitor contract data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy to support reliable reporting and audit readiness
Assist in gathering user feedback and participate in testing and rollout of new features or enhancements led by technical teams
Provide contract and small business subcontracting data and documentation support during internal and external audits
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, or business analysis, preferably within a contracts or procurement environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or other visualization tools is preferred
Experience working with CLM or contract tracking systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar)
Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data quality, consistency, and audit readiness
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement technology-driven solutions that enhance operational performance and data visibility
