Responsibilities
Engage with referral partners and medical professionals to establish and maintain relationships
Provide administrative and project support for various marketing and sales initiatives
Other marketing duties as assigned
Provide medication education and support in Mandarin, helping patients understand their treatment plans and medication instructions
Assist in various patient care situations, offering translation and cultural insights to enhance patient experience
Qualification
Required
Fluent in Mandarin Required
Provide superior customer service to the client base
Able to work independently and productively, be organized and cooperative under stressful conditions including multitasking
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, respectful demeanor, empathy towards others and positive approach with patients and staff
Must be well-organized, self-motivated, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
Effective time management skills
